Hard to believe a month has passed already!  I’m excited to announce I’ve joined Aisera as a Senior Sales Engineer.  Aisera builds Conversational AI and Conversational RPA (Robotic Process Automation).  This enable firms to quickly provide a powerful self-service experience.  With customers like Autodesk, Zoom, McAfee and Dartmouth I can confidently say they’ve differentiated and proven themselves.  I’ve experienced their unsupervised solution through UAT and was blown away by the accuracy.  Combine that with the number of relevant PhDs here also proves they truly are doing AI.  Certainly not part of the the hype that has so many skeptical.

Besides the technology, I was very motivated by the leadership.  When I first met with Minesh Patel I could tell he is genuine and the real deal.  A sharp technologist with the soft skills a leader needs. The rest of the interview challenged me while also making it clear it was a group I’d learn so much from.  You always want to surround yourself with people you can learn from, especially people open to helping you learn.

Back in January I wrote about the next big technologies in tech.  Aisera is in 3 of the 10 – AI/ML, IT Automation and NLP.  If your firm wants to cut costs and also increase CSAT or employee satisfaction reach out.  Especially if your support agents are drowning in tickets and don’t have time to work on the interesting ones that excite them.
